The latest feature added to WhatsApp is “View Once.” With this feature, users can send photos and videos at once. This feature is now enabled for all users worldwide.

How to send disappearing “once viewed” photos and videos on WhatsApp

• Open WhatsApp.
• Select the person or group to whom you want to send the file.
• Select the Content Submission option, which is pin-shaped.

  If you have decided to take a photo or video at the moment, select the Camera option. If the photo and video in question are in the mobile phone’s memory, tap the Gallery option and select your desired file.

•  Now select icon 1 next to the submit button to change its color to green and send the desired file. In this way, the desired photo or video will be sent as a single view.

One-time viewing feature works differently than the normal photo and video uploads.

When you send a photo or movie with the ability to view it once, the number 1 will be displayed next to the uploaded file. After viewing the photo, it will be deleted automatically. 

Like other WhatsApp submissions, the one-time view feature uses global encryption for added security.

The one-time viewing feature is useful in both single chats and groups. Recipients may not forward, save, or tag files sent in this way to anyone; But it is still possible to take screenshots of the submitted image or video. For this reason, you should be careful when sending important files.
