In mid-August, the company unveiled a new smartphone from the Mix series, from which the May brand has been removed and will be available to buyers only under the name of Xiaomi Mix 4.

In fact, the new change will only apply to future Xiaomi products.
Xiaomi co-founder Lee Joon has previously said that the word Mi stands for “mobile internet” and “mission impossible,” the former referring to the company’s focus on products and the latter to Xiaomi’s ambitions.
