CapFrameX, which has developed a functional analysis tool, noticed a strange anomaly when measuring the performance of the Ryzen 7, 5800XD by playing Lara Croft Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
In this experiment, the CPU usage in Windows 11 in one of the game scenes, which usually requires a lot of processing power, is abnormally low, and according to the data of this tool, only one of the 16 CPU chips is used correctly. In contrast, less than 10% are involved in the other chips.

A Google search reveals a topic in the Microsoft community where a user reports a problem that is somewhat similar to the one mentioned above. The user points out that by opening the Task Manager, CPU usage is very high and sometimes even 100%, while the Xbox Game ar Bar and MSI Dragon Center use much less CPU.
CapFrameX has confirmed that it used build 22621, which was recently released in the Windows 11 beta channel, in this experiment.
