Although Asus offers good laptops, there are too many of them. The many series of this brand have different applications, prices, designs, and hardware, which makes it difficult for you to choose the right laptop.

That’s why we have prepared this Asus laptop buying guide, which introduces the company’s laptop collection separately so that you can get to know them more.

1- Asus VivoBook series (regular series)

The Asus Vivo book is the flagship of this series. These laptops, which are designed for home use, currently come with Windows 10 Home version. Some of these laptops come with Windows and in S mode, but the buyer can change the settings in the settings. Convert the operating system to normal and complete Windows 10. ASUS vivoBook can be made with a 14-inch, 15.6-inch or 17.3-inch screen.

The CPUs used include 11th-generation Intel Core processors and Ryzen 5000 series processors. There are also cases for low-end NVIDIA GeForce and AMD Radeon GPUs. The Vivobook series has some interesting features, like a fingerprint sensor for Windows Hello and an illuminated numeric keypad integrated with the trackpad.

2- Asus VivoBook S series (middle class)

The VivoBook S series is slightly higher than the VivoBook series. These laptops are considered to be other than ordinary home, office, and student laptops, but they come with a more stylish design and slightly better features. vivoBook Pro series are the higher end of vivoBook. These laptops are only available in a 15.6-inch model. Although Asus still offers these laptops on its website, it hasn’t updated them in a while.

The website touts the VivoBook Pro as a customizable laptop with 9th Gen Intel Core processors and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GPUs. These laptops come with Windows 10 Home and not Pro. The only somewhat professional feature of these laptops is that they have a screen with a resolution of up to 4K and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. Of course, these videos are no longer available for sale, and even if you find one, we do not recommend buying them.

4- Asus VivoBook Flip series (can be converted and used as a tablet)

Asus has several laptops that come with a 360-degree hinge that allows the laptop to be used as a tablet. This conversion feature is borrowed from the Flip brand and is exactly what is used in the vivoBook Flip series. If you are looking for a versatile vivobook that you can use as a tablet, these models are suitable for you. Asus flip vivobooks are offered in two sizes, more with a 14-inch screen than the outdated 11.6-inch size!

You can use a combination of Windows 10 Home and Pro for the operating system. The used CPUs are up to the 11th generation Intel Core i7 and the graphics processors are AMD Ryzen 5000 series chips. Asus also offers a pen with these laptops. Its thin, light design goes well with the swivel mode, making this series a great mid-range ultra-portable laptop.

5- Asus ZenBook series (ordinary power with excellent screen quality)

This ultra-portable laptop, with its great design, is considered among the first-class items and is definitely unique in the ZenBook collection.

The Pro Duo has a famous screen, ScreenPad Plus, which is above the keyboard. The graphics processor is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti for Pro and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 for Pro Duo. It is very strange, but Asus offers these Pro laptops with Windows 10 Home and not Pro. But again, these laptops are the best Asus laptops from the point of view of professionals.

8- Asus ZenBook Flip series (special and rotatable up to 360 degrees)

The ZenBook Flip series includes convertible laptops from Asus. ZenBook Flip has a premium design, a thin and light form, and a 360-degree hinge. You have three screen size choices: 13.3-inch, 14-inch, and 15.6-inch screens. There is no mention of AMD in the CPUs of these models and only 11th generation Intel Core i7 chips have been used.

Space constraints limit the ZenBook Flip 13 and 14 GPUs to Intel’s integrated Iris Xe. But the ZenBook Flip 15 has an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti graphics card. The screen of these laptops is OLED, which has Full HD and 4K resolution. 4096 push pen can be used in some models.

9- Asus ZenBook Duo series (two screens)

Asus hasn’t used 11th Gen Intel in the Duo yet, but if it does, these laptops will be great.

10- Asus Chromebook (with Chrome operating system)

Chromebooks have gained a lot of popularity in recent years and Asus has few models in this collection. These laptops are available in various sizes, such as the 10.5-inch Asus Chromebook tablet with a detachable keyboard, as well as 11.6-, 12-, 14-, and 15.6-inch sizes. Processors include Intel Celeron, Pentium and 11th generation Intel Core i7 as well as AMD Ryzen 5 3000 series.

Chromebooks are thin and light and have longer battery life than typical Windows laptops, making them great options for students.

Asus launches the ExpertBook series in its business laptop category. These are corporate laptops that focus on productivity. All these laptops come with Windows 10 Pro and 11th generation Intel Core i7 chips. Expertbooks has models that are known as “military-grade” in terms of durability: the original P series and the premium B series.

B series has better features and design. Asus ExpertBook B9 can be called the lightest business laptop in the world. These laptops are graphically integrated and some models have a touchpad numeric keyboard.
