The Android 14 Operating System Increases The Security Of Android Features

It Seems That Google Plans To Increase The Security Of Android Phones With Its Android 14 Operating System.

According to new news, Screen Recording will be more secure in the Android 14 operating system. Continuing this news of the city of hardware, we will introduce the latest feature revealed by Google’s Android 14.

As you probably know, the beta version of the Android 14 operating system is already available for some smartphones, and Google recently rolled out a second beta test update.

So the users of this new operating system have had time to check the upcoming operating system of Google and discover some of its unique features. According to a recent report by the GSMArena website, it seems that Google plans to increase the security features related to screen recording in Android 14.

Android 14 update

Currently, Android’s “Screen Recording” function allows you to turn off the sound recording while recording the phone screen’s content and hide the screen touches.

On the other hand, Android 14’s new screen recording feature has more security features. It allows you to limit recording to a specific app (i.e., the screen is only recorded while in that app) or sensitive personal information like notifications when Hiding recording.

Recently, a whistleblower named Mishal Rahman showed on his Twitter how this new feature works. When you tap “a single app” mode, a menu of your recently opened apps will appear. The complete list of apps is also available to select apps you haven’t opened recently.

In this recording mode, if you exit a specific program while recording, the video will show a black screen until you return to the same program. As a result, none of your actions outside of that program will be registered.

Alternatively, you can record all display content but only hide sensitive information, such as notifications. This feature will hide the entire phone status bar during screen recording.

Remember, though, that some Android-based user interfaces, such as Samsung’s One UI, already offer such security features for “screen recording,” but this is the first time we’ve seen this feature in a release. The leading Android is present.
