In A Competition Organized By Designcrowd This Year, Artists Showed Off Their Photoshop Skills And Tried To Create Hybrid Creatures By Combining Different Animals.

The world is full of lovely and scary magnificent animals and creatures. Some of these animals are more strange than others, primarily due to the different appearance that our eyes are less used to seeing.

Despite all the wonders of the animal world and even knowing the strangest animals in the world, DesignCrowd has creatively created a funny and, at the same time, scary world from the combination of different and unrelated animals, which does not match our usual expectations in any way.

In the contests organized by DesignCrowd, people showcase their Photoshop skills and ability to come up with unique ideas.

This year, in the Chimaera and Animal Crossbreed contests, Photoshop artists presented interesting and different works that were unique.

One of the designers participating in this competition, who created the combination of insects and horses, talks about himself and how he got started in digital art and his experience participating in DesignCrowd’s Photoshop contests:

I have loved art and creativity since childhood. Since then, I have learned how to use a computer and draw with Paint, Corel Painter, and Photoshop. After that, I started 3D modeling.

I learned a lot during this time, made friends, had fun, and earned money doing some jobs.

This artist said about the idea of ​​his unique combination of animals:

I got the general idea from the racing theme, and then when I looked at the reference photos, the concept of ​​the horse and grasshopper combination came to mind. So, I cut out parts of the grasshopper’s body and put them on the horse. Finally, I used other insect body parts to add more detail.

I don’t spend as much time doing Photoshop as I used to. However, whenever I have time, I usually pursue 3D modeling. Artists often turn to 3D modeling after digital art. 3D modeling brings a lot of luck and job opportunities to Armaghan artists.
