How to forward host emails?
The possibility of a forwarder in C-panel hosting allows us to set up two types of referrals or transmitters of Gmails, which we will explain to you:
- first is email account forwarder, which with this feature, according to the previous description, we can apply settings that a copy of the emails received by each email account in your host is referred to another email address.
- The second is the domain forwarder. This feature is useful when we change the domain address of our website, so the specific email addresses of our site have also changed, but several users have our old Gmail addresses and send their Gmails to those addresses. With this feature, we can introduce our new domain address to the C panel so that everyone who sends emails to our old addresses will be automatically sent to our new addresses.
A very important point that we should pay attention to before setting up email transmitters is that, with features such as webmail or mail clients, to which we connected our website’s Gmail accounts in previous tutorials, we were able to use the official email address. We can also send emails to our website. How to forward email in the C-Panel host

- Domain In this section, we must select the domain address of our website. If we have inside our host, domain park, subdomain, and domain, this drop-down menu is active for us. We select it here. Because in the previous field, enter the info value We did, so the email address we want to refer to another address was info@mizbanfa.net.
- Forward to Email Address This is one of the most important fields. Now in this field, we have to enter the email address to which we want the emails of the info@mizbanfa.net that we set to be transferred, so we also start typing Make our Gmail address because from now on, we want to see the emails of this account from our web host in Gmail.
- Discard and send an error to the sender. If we check this option, anyone who sends an email to info@mizbanfa.net will immediately receive an email with the content of your email with an error, and your email will not be received. Failure Message field We can also enter the error message specifically. For example, it can be written that this email address is no longer active. We do not check this option in any case.
Now we click on the advanced option to open other settings for us, and we will explain these items to you one by one:
- Forward to a system account. What this section does is send a copy of the email to the administrator username entered in this field now, this is the main username of our website, and we can use the usernames of other FTP and Insert the web disk added to our host, we do not change the settings of this field.
- Pipe to a Program This is a very professional possibility for programmers in this field. You can enter the address of a script from within the file manager so that if someone sends an Gmail to info@mizbanfa.net, that script will be activated immediately. And according to the command set for the script to send a Gmail as a reply to the email sender, this option has very professional users. Forward emails related to the old domain of the site
Remember at the beginning of the tutorial. We said that C Panel also allows us to forward domains? What if the domain address of our website was changed, and users sent emails to the old addresses of our domain, and the emails were sent to the new address of our domain? To do this from inside the forwarder page, click on the blue add domain forwarder button to enter this page.
In the Add a New Domain Forwarder page from the domain section, we have to select the name of our previous domain that has changed, and we no longer work with it. We select the mizbanfa.com domain from here. This is our old domain, and in this field, we have to enter our new domain’s address, then type mizbanfa.net and now click on the blue add domain forwarder button to finalize the work.
All emails sent to “will now be copied to the green message. Let’s see. This message says that every Gmail will be sent to the old domain addresses from now on.
