For example, we entered the word “address” here. An important point is that we cannot use separate words in the Shortcut section. That is, if we want to write “store address”, these two words should not be separate from each other. I have to write “store address” so that Saved replies work correctly.

In the settings of the Business section, right above Saved replies, there is an option called Response suggestions.

By deactivating Response suggestions, if you return to the direct section and enter the desired short cut word, which in our example was “Address”.
