Several solutions to treat the internet addiction problem

1- Set boundaries for yourself to gradually reduce the hours you spend behind the computer and stick to it.
2. Spend some time of the day and night without a computer. This means try to think completely freely about the time you have for fun and doing different things, and do not think about the computer.
3. Make a list of things you can do instead of sitting at your computer and putting it on your computer monitor, so you know there are more important things to do.
Get names of family members, relatives, and friends who can help you quit because quitting alone can be difficult.
5. Place the computer in a busy area of the house. If you are sitting in a place with a lot of traffic around you, you will be less focused and subconsciously spend less time using the computer. This is very useful for parents whose children use computers indiscriminately.
