In the latest update of the developer version of the Twitter mobile application, it is possible to upload 4K images, and you can see how to do this in Android below.
We are all interested in sharing various pictures and videos on social networks such as Instagram , Facebook and Twitter; But the images we share on Twitter are too compressed and cropped and do not look attractive. Twitter is testing a new feature that allows users to upload images and videos in high resolution (4K) for the Android and iOS versions.
According to Androidcentral , in the latest version of the developers of the Twitter mobile application, the image you tweet and see in the timeline is consistent with what you saw in the composer section; That is, the aspect ratio of the original image is preserved and there is no cropped image.
To enable the ability to upload higher resolution images, you need to tap the settings menu (three lines) in the upper left corner of the screen , then enter the Settings and privacy section and then Data usage. In the “Images” section, tap High-quality images. Finally you can choose in which mode 4K images are uploaded to Mobile data & Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi only.
Repeat the same steps to upload the video; With the difference that you have to tap on high-quality video (Video-quality images) in the “Video” section. You can now view the uploaded images and videos in high quality.
This feature is still in beta and only developers can use it. If you do not see these settings on Twitter, be patient and check Google Play for updates.
