Petapixel Has Announced The Main Lucky Winner Of The Wild Character Photography Contest Along With 4 Other Finalists.
The PetaPixel Wild Character Photography Contest was held from August 23rd to October 14th, 2022. During that time, the four judges received a staggering number of submissions, which were carefully analyzed, and voted on in several rounds.
The real challenge began when they got down to the final 20 photos, as each was equally captivating. After a final round of anonymous voting, the grand prize winner and four finalists were selected.
The grand prize winner will receive an adventure for two aboard Lindblad Expeditions’ newest ship, National Geographic Island II.
The Galapagos Islands are an ideal destination for almost any photographer, thanks to the archipelago’s diverse wildlife and stunning scenery.
Plus, the grand prize winner can capture the fascinating wildlife of the Galapagos with the powerful OM SYSTEM OM-1 camera and M.Zuiko 12-40mm F2 lens. 8 PRO II and M.Zuiko 40-150mm F4.0 PRO. The total value of the grand prize is $23,679.97!
Four finalists will receive an Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III camera, an M.Zuiko 12-45mm F4.0 PRO lens, and a Lindblad Expeditions marine jacket ($210).
