Paintings That Are Forgotten In Abandoned European Palaces

In This Shutter, You Can Discover Incredible And Amazing Paintings People Have Left In Abandoned Buildings All Over Europe.

The murals of abandoned European houses were forgotten for years after fate decided to take their lives. These works have a unique beauty, and only a few people have been lucky to witness their authenticity.

These photos represent a time when art was more important than fame or money. They are also symbols of a golden age. It’s not easy to imagine what these walls used to look like, but it’s fun to use your imagination and think about it.

Roman Villon, the photographer of this collection, says:

When I discovered all these magnificent paintings, I had mixed feelings about them, which gave me an eerie mood. First, I was surprised and thrilled to be able to see such places and photograph those paintings. You feel proud to witness it, but at the same time, saddened as you see the images fade and disappear.

The paintings left in the houses

I was fortunate to find those abandoned palaces and admire such masterpieces. Since only a few people can see these paintings, I wanted to share their beauty, so I photographed them. Gradually all of them are destroyed and forgotten unless there is a chance to be restored and opened to the public. That’s why I wanted to photograph them and create this imaginary museum.
