Before the pandemic, online shopping was an option next to physical shopping. Usually, if you can’t find what you’re looking for in a physical store, online shopping is the only option.

Now, we are used to finalizing our purchase with a few clicks, So it’s no surprise that the world of e-shopping has shown us its other side, and there are more online shopping failures than ever.
