The 2022 Pink Lady Food Photographer Contest, In Honor Of The Best Food Photographers From Around The World, Covers Categories With A Full Cultural Spectrum.
Making kebabs, draining a pot of pasta, and baking pastries are just some of the delicious moments that have been celebrated in the 2022 Pink Lady Food Photographer Contest.
During this year’s Food Photographer of the Year event, food photographers from more than 60 countries presented their best work, judged by an expert panel of food photographers and people.
In the end, Indian photographer Debedta Chakraborty was chosen as the overall winner for a dynamic photo of a street vendor cooking kebabs.
This photo was taken on Khayyam Chouk Street, a typical street in Srinagar, which becomes a busy center for food lovers at night. In Chakraborty’s image, the vendor is surrounded by smoke that frames his face as he brushes the kebabs to make them taste good.
The works of all the winners and finalists will be displayed in the Pink Lady online gallery. This fall, they will also be exhibiting at the Royal Photography Association in Bristol, England.
